During my stay, the hotel was ready for us with a slight musky odor in the air, but overall, it was comfortable and conveniently located near shopping areas. The service was a mixed bag with some staff being nice and helpful while others were not very friendly at all. The location, in south Tyler, was the only good thing about the hotel, as it provided easy access to various dining and shopping options nearby. The dining experience was a nice bonus, although the quality wasn't as impressive as expected.
